You will be responsible for: Supporting a Fantastic Senior Property Manager & Department Head Handling & addressing rental inquiries via email and phone Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections Repairs & Maintenance Prepare properties for online advertising Preparing leases and lease packs Ad hoc administration duties Skills and Experience: A current certificate of Registration & driver’s license is essential Previous Real Estate Experience - you can be a Leasing Consultant taking the next step or a Junior Property Manager seeking a new opportunity!
