Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to strengthen our growing sales team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and lay the groundwork for strategic partnerships. This position focuses primarily on outbound lead generation and requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and business development. Key Responsibilities Execute targeted outbound campaigns across various industries—including healthcare, construction, and retail—to generate leads. Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients to establish a robust sales pipeline. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop compelling presentations and pitches. Nurture client relationships , positioning Software Co as the preferred technology partner. Monitor industry trends to tailor outreach strategies and uncover emerging opportunities. Maintain detailed records of leads, activities, and metrics using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to optimize campaign performance. Candidate Requirements Minimum of three years’ experience in sales or business development within the Australian market; experience in technology or SaaS is advantageous. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through outbound efforts. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish and sustain meaningful client relationships. Proactive, self-driven approach , with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and leads concurrently.
