About the Role We have an exciting role for a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads for Enterprise Division products. You'll join a team of hard working sellers in a hybrid working environment to implement best-in-practice sales methodologies and pipeline management processes to deliver quality leads revenue growth. What you'll be focused on... Utilising a multi-channel approach of phone, email and social tools to connect with prospects Research and customise your communication to target accounts Book in discovery meetings between the prospect and our Sales Associates Maintain both quality and quantity of opportunities crafted Practice good data hygiene so that our database is our single source of truth Use your outstanding time management skills with the ability to define your own day to meet your metrics What we'd love to see from you... At least 2 years of business-to-business call centre experience or outbound phone lead generation (essential) Prior sales development, lead generation and/or sales experience in a technology environment selling SaaS solutions (essential) Knowledge or use of ERP and CRM software (desirable) Knowledge of MYOB, EXO Business and standard office software (desirable) Motivation and ambition to develop yourself and build on your career ambitions A high level of energy, motivation and ambition to grow your sales career A willingness to be mentored and a real passion for professional development The salary range of this role will be between $70,000-$75,000 AUD plus superannuation and commission.
