Total Tools Toowoomba is looking for a Full-Time Junior Accounts & Administration Officer , who is passionate, driven and has a keen desire to be mentored in administration and accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business. You will be responsible for assisting with accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable functions. What will you be doing? Daily Cash Reconciliation End to end processing of accounts payable and receivable Handling general account/administration duties Updating and maintaining records Creating, maintaining and monitoring customer accounts Supporting customer service standards where appropriate to the role; including handling internal & external customer and supplier enquiries Does this sound like you? Desire to learn all about a retail business back-office duties Have a customer first attitude Have a positive 'make it happen' work ethic Experience using Pronto is highly regarded, but not essential as full training will be provided Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must Why work for us?
