Junior Business Development Manager (Australia & New Zealand) 12Go is the leading multimodal online travel agency based in Bangkok, Thailand. We have a performance-driven culture that emphasizes continuous feedback and professional growth. We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager for the Australian and New Zealand markets. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with all AU/NZ operators Strategize on how to grow the local market particularly in AU/NZ Work closely with the Marketing Team to promote the local market, and promote reseller / affiliate programs Find new local operators in AU/NZ, find new deals, and try to maximize profit for the company from current operators Assist Finance Team on reconciliation of balances/invoices, check on remaining deposits, and assist with sales estimation during peak season Requirements At least 1 year of experience in business development/ ticketing/ customer relation Online travel background (GDS, OTA, Meta Searches, bus/ferry companies, TMS etc.) Ability to make things happen and proactivity: close the agreements, find growth points, find solutions to increase sales and more Ability to travel within the region Nice to have Understanding of competitors and the market of travel, ground transportation in the AU/NZ Previous remote work experience. Our tech stack: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Analytics, Google Docs.
