Competitive salary $$ Full-time or part-time available Social events as a team Regional Financial Planning is seeking a proactive Client Services Administrator (entry level) to take on this rewarding opportunity in our Rockhampton office. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and requires consistent weekly hours. About the Role The primary objective for the position is to provide professional, efficient, and effective administrative support and initial client liaison. The role involves but is not limited to: Assist clients with enquiries, including updating bank details and addresses. Provide general advice and manage client appointments. Support Financial Planners with client management and documentation. Communicate effectively with clients and insurers. Handle incoming calls, emails, and daily mail. Assist with insurance quotes and implementation. Perform data entry into our CRM system and maintain comprehensive file notes. Regional will provide specific training and support to the successful applicant in obtaining the right qualifications to carry out the position and advance their career over the years.
