The Role: What You’ll Do As a Junior Engineer, you’ll dive into the full project lifecycle of our engineered-to-order systems, gaining hands-on experience in: Assist with technical drawings, calculations, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and industry-specific software. Contribute to R&D for innovative formwork and scaffolding solutions. Site Operations:Shadow senior engineers to conduct safety audits, quality checks, and troubleshoot on-site installations. Collaborate with builders and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Project Management:Support resource planning, timelines, and client communications from concept to handover. Analyse site feedback to refine designs and improve system efficiency. Who We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering or related field. Recent graduates encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of construction/engineering experience is a plus. Technical Skills: Familiar with CAD software (AutoCAD/Revit) and Microsoft Suite. Exposure to formwork/scaffolding design (e.g., PERI, Doka systems) is ideal but not mandatory. Mindset & Work Ethic:Eager to learn a specialised niche and thrive in fast-paced, problem-solving environments. Adaptable to early starts (6 AM) and occasional Saturdays. Strong communicator who can liaise with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams.
