As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Role As a Junior Production Coordinator at CrowdComms, you’ll play a vital role in the successful delivery of event technology solutions for our clients. From initial planning to post-event review, you’ll manage the seamless implementation of both in-person and hybrid events. You’ll work closely with clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong, lasting relationships. Your role will be diverse, working collaboratively with the team both virtually, onsite at events and in the office. Key Responsibilities Project & Logistics Coordination : Lead the event tech journey from planning through to post-event analysis. Oversee timelines, logistics, and resource management to ensure smooth and successful event delivery. Client & Stakeholder Communication : Lead client meetings and progress calls, ensuring clear, timely communication. Document key project details and actions in our Project Management tool. Coordinate seamlessly with venues, contractors, and external vendors to manage logistics, ensuring all resources, schedules, and requirements are aligned for smooth event execution. Event Technology Maintenance & Troubleshooting : Maintain CrowdComms kiosks and hardware in optimal working condition, quickly resolving any technical issues that arise. Proactively update both hardware and software to ensure everything is fully prepared and ready for each event. Data Management : Work alongside clients and project managers to manage event attendee data, utilizing tools like Excel to upload and manipulate data effectively. On-Site Event Support : Provide on-site support for our event app and ensure the seamless operation of kiosks, handling setup, troubleshooting, and real-time assistance. Collaborate with the AV team to deliver live features like polling, Q&A, and streaming, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for attendees. Team Collaboration : Assist fellow team members, including Project Managers, Production Coordinators, and Account Managers, with various tasks to ensure smooth project execution. Adherence to Company Standards : Uphold CrowdComms' standards by maintaining high-quality service delivery and adhering to internal processes, both in the office and at client events. Skills & Attributes for Success We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in the events industry with a strong understanding of client support and event execution. Detail-Oriented , ensuring every aspect of the project is meticulously handled and nothing slips through the cracks. Energetic and enthusiastic , bringing a positive attitude and drive to everything you do. Tech-Savvy , with a love for technology and a natural aptitude for web tools, tech hardware and event tech platforms. Client-Focused , able to build strong relationships and provide expert guidance to clients on using our solutions. An Excellent Communicator , able to convey information clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally. Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively. Adaptable , with a creative mindset and the ability to problem-solve in high-pressure situations. Collaborative , enjoying working as part of a close-knit, dynamic team. Willing to Travel regularly for onsite event support across Melbourne and interstate. Work remotely but attend events onsite in Melbourne and interstate. Regular trips to our Port Melbourne storage are also required for kiosk preparation. Occasional travel to Sydney for team training may be required. Travel : Interstate travel for live event support will be part of this role.
