**US ONLY** Junior Project Manager, Healthcare PMO Location: Melville, NY Schedule: Mostly remote with 1 or 2 days onsite per week Duration: Long-term 3+ years (in 6 month increments) Main notes: Enterprise environment experience Leading the 'Epic Adjacent Project' by archiving and decommissioning various systems in conjunction with the Epic wave rollouts Has various project managers on the team Supports Program Manager with administrative tasks and program level workplans Strong MS Project experience Help manage risk action items, issues, decision documents, meeting minutes, coordination, status plans, and overall project support Project management framework and methodology experience supporting a large enterprise organization Heavy administrative and support type of a role (not looking for a generic Project Manager, but rather a Senior Admin / Junior Project Manager type) Contract management and financial planning analysis for these contracts, meeting minutes for contract renegotiations - meeting coordination ATP experience is a plus but not required Responsibilities: Perform administration for the assigned program as required, such as maintaining the program’s monitor and control artifacts (i.e. project plan, RAID, status report) Basic understanding of project life cycle within an IT environment Document meeting minutes Meeting coordination, facilitating internal communication, activity follow-up, and documentation management Keep the program up to date in the project management system (Target Process) Create, maintain and archive all project artifacts in project repository Provide administrative support including meeting arrangements, organization and materials distribution, planning, meeting minutes Provide follow-up on deliverables and group activities to meet established commitments Compile, analyze and create summaries, and support presentation development with the ability to take conceptual discussions, assess complex data and translate into tangible information Maintain accurate records, reports, and files to assist workstream management oversight and support documentation centralization efforts Provide organization and project administrative services in a remote setting, which includes regular interaction with technology project teams and senior leadership Create, prepare, update and document work plans with the ability to see the big picture and report progress accordingly Skills: Strong people skills with an openness to feedback and adjustments Strong Microsoft Project skills Strong Microsoft Office Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote Strong SharePoint Confident communication, collaboration, presentation, and diplomacy skills Eagerness to work in a dynamic, challenging, and customer-centric environment Maintain composure in handling unique and challenging tasks Comfortable with video meetings Minimum bachelor's degree Estimated Min Rate: $42.00Estimated Max Rate: $50.00 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
