What might your days look like Our Customer Experience Delivery teams are responsible for implementing the Employment Hero platform with customers, and our Junior Project Managers will be responsible for the timely and successful implementations of our customers in the low complexity tier.As the Junior Implementations Project Manager, you will be the primary contact point for customers during their implementation, supporting both the relevant SME in the accurate configuration and delivery of the HR and/or Payroll platform in alignment with customer needs. You will need to display high levels of stakeholder management and prioritisation as you work with the Platform Configuration Specialists and Implementation Consultants to deliver great outcomes for our customers.In this role you will be responsible for staying across process changes and supporting the roll out, change management and adoption across the team. You will be managing many projects within a portfolio at any one time, therefore, to be successful in this role, you will need to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, accurately maintain documentation and prioritise tasks to meet deliverables and project timelines. As we embark upon a transformation of our CX delivery function, we’ll need you, as our Junior Implementations Project Manager, to be adept at managing change and stakeholder engagement, and be able to clearly communicate with our customers as well as various internal stakeholders. There are 2 positions available within our ANZ team. As a Junior Implementations Project Manager you will: Manage complete lifecycle of the customer’s journey in Implementation, from point of project allocation through to system go-live and transition to support team, for low complexity projects. Work with other internal CXD stakeholders (Solutions Consultants, Sales, Onboarding teams, Support and Customer Success) to ensure smooth transition through customer journey. Main point of contact for customer stakeholders, managing customer communications and expectations throughout the implementation. Providing customers with a positive experience throughout the implementation journey, showing flexibility in approach based on customer needs. Objection handle, ensuring that any project issues are swiftly resolved and customer satisfaction is maintained. Provide all relevant feedback on Customer Experience to your Team Lead and/or Implementation Delivery Manager. Guide project team through successfully delivering multiple projects, coordinating the project team stakeholders to meet deliverables to a high standard, meeting the outlines of agreed scope and project plan. Effective and efficient utilisation of resources within the project team and across other EH departments where necessary. Proactively identifying any risks in the project and putting in mitigation measures to effectively prevent escalations. Develop expertise in specific industries or domains to support the ability to provide customers with best practice solutions utilising the EH platform. Ensure all data is managed with the strictest security, following EH’s internal data handling and security policies. Ensure the data in our business management systems is accurate and current, updating as required within the prescribed cadence. What will you bring: A minimum of 1+ years of client facing experience. Strong understanding of Payroll and HR software products (desirable). 1+ years of implementations experience (desirable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both autonomously and within a team effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple clients to meet critical deadlines. Strong time management and schedule management. High level of written and verbal communication. Maintain and promote positive business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to produce quality interactions and results.
