Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – flexible arrangement)Perm: Permanent Full-Time Role Role Requirements & Tech Stack: Essential Skills: 1-5+ years of professional experience with Python. Proficiency in FastAPI or Django web frameworks. Strong knowledge of message queues (e.g., Redis, Kafka, ZMQ) for real-time processing. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Expertise in AWS cloud architecture and cloud-native development. Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitHub Actions. A track record of writing maintainable, well-tested code. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Highly Regarded Skills: Familiarity with financial systems or integrations. Experience developing low-latency systems. Understanding of Agile development environments and workflows. Knowledge of KYC/AML systems and financial compliance tools. Exposure to blockchain protocols or cryptocurrency technologies.
