What you can expect in a day in this role: Landscape is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team for a 12-month parental leave contract. In this key role, you will work with the Head Chef to lead the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth workflow and taking full ownership of your section. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for grilling and the ability to thrive in a busy, high-end kitchen environment.
