Join our Professional Services Team at Apparel21 in a permanent full-time role , where you'll work with experienced mentors, collaborate with customers, and grow into a well-rounded Technical Consultant . As a Technical Consultant, you will work with both new and existing customers to develop custom solutions that enhance their use of Apparel21. What you’ll be doing: Data extraction & transformation: using Oracle PL/SQL to import/export data between systems. Report writing: extracting data with PL/SQL and designing reports with Crystal Reports. B2B system integrations: leveraging detailed APIs and file exchanges. EDI partnerships: coding, configuring, accrediting, and providing ongoing support. Code testing: ensuring solutions meet customer needs. Documentation: creating clear, user-friendly release notes. What we’re looking for: 1+ years’ experience in a similar role OR extensive consulting background looking for more hands-on technical opportunities Exposure in SQL and Procedural SQL, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle SQL is a must A customer-first mindset – you need to enjoy working directly with clients A strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly A passion for solving business problems with smart, efficient solutions Energetic and engaged, someone who loves to contribute to discussions Able to juggle multiple tasks and manage time effectively Adaptable and eager to embrace change Why Choose Apparel21?
