This role is focused on: Own the school district lifecycle. You'll own strategy, planning, onboarding, execution, and results within identified districts. Foster relationships with district administration. You'll manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at districts and provide them with necessary support. Serve as an ambassador of Canva for Education. You'll represent Canva to teachers and educators at managed districts. Provide Value to Customers and to Canva. You'll run a healthy business that delivers a customer transformation strategy focused on educational outcomes. Understand the Canva user lifecycle. You'll establish relationships with our community of educators and learners to understand their needs. Identify trends and usage patterns. You'll utilize data analysis to shape your strategic approach to sales and account management. Drive retention and engagement. You'll continuously test, learn, and iterate on our lifecycle strategy to build meaningful relationships. You're probably a match if Experience with the US District Education Market. You understand classroom efficiency solutions and can communicate effectively with educators. Customer Success Expertise. You are comfortable driving retention and fostering engagement with software solutions. Excellent Collaboration skills. You enjoy working alongside your team and with cross-functional teams. Experience with Implementing new Technologies. You understand how schools roll out new technologies effectively. Effective Communication skills. You create clarity through your communication by simplifying complex concepts. Strong Business Planning Skills. You can move from planning to implementation and deliver high-impact projects. Experience in Community Management. You understand social media processes for educating audiences. Growth Mindset. You're eager to learn and develop your skills. About the team A K-12 District Engagement Advocate at Canva is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with K-12 schools and districts. They empower school leaders to harness Canva's educational tools and resources, leading the onboarding process and overseeing implementation across districts.
