Staff discounts THE ROLE: This is a TRULY exciting role to join a leading global fragrance business, managing existing accounts across specialty retail and independent pharmacies. You'll work in conjunction with two other Key Account Managers and will report through to the Commercial Director. Day-to-day responsibilities: Negotiate client agreements, promotional plans, and budgets with the commercial team. Drive sales growth and ensure targets are met. Monitor and report on sales performance and promotional budgets. Manage fragrance assortment by location for optimal shopper experience. Analyse sales and shopper data to improve regional strategies. Execute the annual promotional plan, including launches and incentives. Oversee Retail Excellence in both temporary and permanent spaces. Implement business plans across ANZ retailers and sales channels. Segment and classify accounts to track market evolution. Use data to drive business decisions and optimise performance. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: This role will suit a Key Account Manager (KAM) or a National Account Executive (NAE) who is comfortable dealing with independent pharmacies and specialty retailers, managing relationships in a Head Office environment. 3+ years of experience in Account Management / Business Development, ideally in beauty or FMCG. Experience managing Pharmacy & Retail Specialists. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Strong analytical skills, deadline-oriented, and able to work under specific timeframes. Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis. Effective communication skills with cross-department collaboration experience. Proven success in retail and stock forecasting management.
