To facilitate the smooth running of the educational training at Urban Greens to a high standard of food preparation, cooking and service. To comply with all internal and external hospitality UK legislation. To train and develop members of staff according to Urban Greens requirements and standards as well as Health and Safety regulations. To achieve all targets and deliver great results.
