You will supervise and mentor junior team members, support service growth, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, client-centred care.Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments for a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings Provide therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders Supervise and mentor junior staff, including speech pathologists and therapy assistants Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators to ensure holistic care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports in compliance with professional standards Actively contribute to professional development initiatives and stay current with evidence-based practices Qualifications Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP status required) Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with a focus on paediatric speech pathology Proven experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff members Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Excellent organisational and time management skills Apply now or tag someone who would be a perfect fit! #J-18808-Ljbffr
