About The Role An outstanding opportunity for an experienced LMS Coordinator to join our team. Ideally, this role will be based in our Brisbane office; however, we may consider other locations. The LMS Coordinator will be responsible for administrating the SAP SuccessFactors learning management system (LMS). This role requires specialist knowledge of the SuccessFactors LMS to ensure the Whitehaven learning requirements are understood and to be able to configure these needs in a way that enables our workforce to issue, track, complete, and report on all learning activity within the system. What You’ll Do Configure, manage and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors LMS. Upload and update training transcripts to support gate access and data accuracy. Load and configure site TNA’s into SuccessFactors LMS. Assist in the cleansing, migrating, and testing of existing training records. Create core and mandatory curricula, map learning against roles, and test to ensure compliance. Support WHC Trainer Assessors with the LMS profile allocation for site-based reporting. Establish a reporting structure for business units and generate tailored system reports. Collaborate on defining the LMS's future state to ensure its alignment with organisational needs. What You'll Bring Experience 5+ years in SAP LMS systems roles. Existing relationships with external LMS community and SAP knowledge groups. Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, with hands-on experience in system administration and TNA support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
