This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW. Construction of EnergyConnect is underway in various locations across the project area. The Role We are seeking a passionate and committed Land and Property Access Officer to join our Engagement Team on a 12-month, full time contract. As the Land and Property Access Officer, you will support the facilitation of land access for Construction Project activities and the general management of these activities including development of landholder relationships. This is a full time role working out of our Balranald site office. Roster to be discussed based on individual. Primary responsibilities will include: Undertake the day-to-day liaison with landholders/occupiers regarding construction schedule with respect to individual property impact and any other matters as required Escalate unmanageable issues and landholder requests to the Land and Property Access Manager in a timely manner Maintain durable, compliant, trusting, and productive relationships between Elecnor Australia and landholders before, during and after the construction period Understand project and requirements to provide documentation to the landholder in line with approved Project requests Attend construction pre-start meetings as required and provides feedback to the Construction team Assist the Land and Property Access Manager with documentation provision and logistics Maintain Land Access documentation including landholder actions lists, contact/discussion records in Consultation Manager, compensation claim records, other land access documents Undertake general administration and field support tasks as required. Your skills and experience: Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in facilitating Land and Property Access on Major Infrastructure Projects.
