About the Role We are looking for a qualified/experienced Landscape Maintenance Senior Supervisor with an enthusiastic and positive work ethic. You will need a proven track record in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance works through industry best practices, excellent knowledge, and standards of OH&S. You will be managing multiple projects throughout the Northern Suburbs of Perth and providing support, training, and mentoring to staff. You will have a 'can do' attitude with a strong commitment to contribute as a part of a team. This role is a full-time permanent position that is available for immediate start. The role is based out of our Carabooda depot. Experience and Skills 5+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance works (highly regarded but not essential). Excellent time management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize multiple projects and work requirements, including staff and resources. Reliable and punctual. High-level interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation. You must have the ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of stakeholders. Good computer and literacy skills. An eye for detail and a strong customer focus. Practical decision-making and problem-solving skills. Current Drivers Licence (MR or HR highly regarded) and White Card. Landscape Qualification will be highly regarded. LD Total can offer you Attractive salary package.
