We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team and take charge of commercial and some high-end residential projects across the greater Brisbane region. Why Join Us? Steady Workload – Commercial projects including streetscapes, warehouses, townhouses, and some high-end residential landscaping. Work-Life Balance – 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with limited overtime and no weekend work Supportive Team – Be part of a well-established company that values professionalism and quality. Fully Equipped – Uniforms provided and a company vehicle or car allowance included. What You’ll Be Doing: Overseeing on-site landscaping projects from start to finish, including commercial streetscapes, warehouse/townhouse and some high end residential Managing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and suppliers Handling project logistics, including material orders and site operations Liaising with clients and ensuring high-quality project outcomes Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment Requirements What We’re Looking For: Experience in landscape construction – either as a supervisor or a skilled landscaper ready for the next stepCert III in Landscaping (preferred), or strong hands-on experienceWhite Card (essential)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work autonomously and drive projects to completion Ready to Lead?
