We currently have vacancies for a Breakfast Supervisor and F&B Bar Supervisor. Bar Supervisor – Hospitality level 3 casual $35.47 pay rate per hour or a permanent employment position (Salary Range: 66,000 - 85,000). Ensure that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs. Ensure good communication throughout the department. Previous F&B Supervisory experience. Positive Communication – verbal and non-verbal. 30 - 40 hours per week between 12 pm - 11:30 pm, includes opening and closing shifts. Deliver exceptional customer service, driving initiatives and expanding boundaries – always looking for ‘that next step’. Food and Beverage Breakfast Supervisor – Hospitality level 3 casual $35.47 pay rate per hour or a permanent employment position (Salary Range: 66,000 - 85,000). Exceed customer expectations in providing prompt and courteous food and beverage services such as serving customers, processing orders, and attending to customer needs. Assume responsibility for Food & Beverage outlets in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Efficiently respond to customer complaints and inquiries. Initiate immediate inquiry into guest feedback and ensure corrective action is taken, reporting such incidents and actions to Management. Ensure that all restaurant staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs.
