Key Responsibilities To maintain a high level of service to all guests at all times. To run the services and uphold standards when the Assistant Restaurant Manager is absent. To mentor the breakfast team where needed, and support the management to implement sales-focused initiatives. To support and work closely with the Assistant Restaurant Manager on rosters, wage costs, the art of the morning upsell and training. Skills & Experience Proven restaurant/floor supervisor experience. A passion for hospitality and a drive to learn more. Hands-on ‘can do’ attitude. High level of communication and leadership skills.
