About the role We have an opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to be part of our Commercial & Administrative Law, Office of the General Counsel Team. The Lawyer is responsible for the provision of high quality, ethical and professional legal services in areas in which the Commercial & Administrative Law Unit specialises. This includes administrative and judicial review litigation, general administrative law, privacy and open government, government finance, government procurement, general commercial law, real property, intellectual property, Aboriginal land rights, and media law. While the role accommodates the practitioner’s individual specialisation, the Lawyer is responsible for providing legal services across all of the Unit’s major workstreams.
