The Team The McCullough Robertson Corporate Advisory group is renowned for providing tailored, precise, and practical advice, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements while meeting the expectations of shareholders, key stakeholders and the community. With a dynamic team of technically skilled partners across Brisbane and Sydney, we serve as trusted advisors to boards, senior management, and in-house legal and compliance teams of both listed and unlisted companies. The Role We are currently seeking a talented corporate lawyer to join our team in Brisbane. Working closely with the team’s energetic and highly respected partners, you will advise clients across a broad array of issues related to corporate and securities law, including public and private capital raisings, regulated mergers and takeovers, corporate acquisitions and divestments, corporate restructuring, employee incentive schemes, regulatory requirements, private equity, venture capital investments and general corporate advice. You will act for a diverse client base which includes multinational corporations, ASX-listed companies and early-stage businesses with high growth potential, spanning technology, telecommunications, life sciences, financial services, resources and renewables, health, pharmaceutical technology and not-for-profit sectors. Experience Our ideal candidate will be a driven and enthusiastic lawyer with three to five years post-admission experience. You will have a strong background advising listed clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with a genuine desire to advance your career in this space. You will thrive in a supportive and collaborative team environment where building strong, meaningful relationships with colleagues is key. Your ability to share insights, exchange knowledge, and work seamlessly with others will contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
