Here’s a snapshot of what’s in store: You’ll be a technical leader in the analytics space, taking the lead on technical solution design and delivery Create and communicate clear technical vision and execution strategies across teams and stakeholders Ensure consistent high-quality output from technical delivery teams Using your hands-on expertise in enterprise & modern data platforms including data warehouse design, BI architecture, data quality, governance Work across a range of modern data tools following best DataOps practices on different cloud or hybrid data stacks Partner with project delivery leadership to manage progress, quality, risks, and dependencies Define and manage complex technical scope at scale Provide guidance, feedback and supervision to junior team members working with you on projects Share your knowledge more broadly across the Mantel Group team We’d like to hear from you if you have: Previous experience in a hands-on data analytics role, BI or related role in a consulting organisation Proven track record in leading technical solution design and delivery of complex projects Expertise across a range of different data technologies and languages, such as SQL (mandatory), dbt, Python, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Qlik, Looker Proficiency in a broad range of data warehousing principles Experience with different data modelling approaches such as Kimball or Data Vault Ability to apply DataOps tools and practices in your data workflows, while adapting these to fit a client or team environment Commercial acumen and experience in pre-sales activities We value diverse skill-sets, and we'd love to hear from you even if you don't meet all of the above.
