We remain committed to partner with business units to provide business driven scale and simplification, guidance and delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio and technologies required to enable business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper's Strategy.The role This amazing opportunity will see you accountable for: Leadership of a team of Business Analysts Strategic Analysis within the business domain Maintaining regular, professional, and service-focussed communication to leadership on progress Implementing governance to ensure consistency and quality within team outputs Shaping delivery methodologies; rolling these out across the program and ensuring approaches are followed Ensuring excellence in delivery execution within the domain by building a team of high-performing Analysts with appropriate skills and mindset who collaborate well with their stakeholders Assist in estimating effort and resourcing of initiatives Estimating, planning, and communicating the business analysis component of programs/portfolios of work. Monitoring and reporting progress of Business Analysis activities across programs/portfolios of work About you You will manage a team of analysts within a complex enterprise delivery environment, inspiring new and improved ways of working. You will be involved with coaching and advising on the planning and execution of Business Analysis activities, ensuring high-quality and timely application of Business Analysis methods, and compliance with quality assurance processes.You help champion new and improved ways of working, support and guide your team in planning, monitoring, and executing analysis activities, and deliver high-quality lean canvases for initiatives within the portfolio. Your responsibilities also include contributing to resource planning, escalating business analysis-related issues, and maintaining professional and service-focused relationships with stakeholders, peers, and team members.At least 7 years demonstrated project delivery experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years' experience within the Superannuation / Financial Services Industry Highly desirable to have experience in Superannuation Advice Must have a strong understanding of Superannuation and Retirement Products (accumulation, defined benefit and pensions) Must have advanced proficiency in the core analysis and analytical skills including the ability to understand and balance tactical and strategic priorities of the business unit with long term technology roadmap Experience with Lean Canvas or Business Case development Ability to solve complex problems, address challenges or opportunities and deliver business value. Strong leadership skills and proven ability to build great teams, coaching, mentoring and ensuring individual professional development UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
