Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to spearhead our efforts in identifying and obtaining high-quality leads. In this role, you will develop and execute lead generation strategies that include sports sponsorships, community event sponsorships, shopping centre promotions, door to door residential campaigns and retail outlet activations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract high volume of leads Booking and management of all sponsorships, shopping centre, door to door and retail activations Manage lead databases and CRM systems to track and optimize lead conversion. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals. Analyse performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Research and identify new target markets and business opportunities. Rostering and management of all lead generation events Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation Requirements: Proven experience in lead generation B2C Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
