Lead Growth Product Manager We are seeking a Lead Growth Product Manager to join our SLT as a dynamic commercial product leader. Reporting to our Co-Founders/Co-CEOs, you'll be responsible for creating product experiences and crafting compelling narratives that drive user acquisition and activation. This role is crucial in establishing APLYiD as a thought leader in the KYC/AML space and supporting our product-led growth initiatives. The Opportunity As our Lead Growth Product Manager, you'll work at the intersection of marketing, product and growth. This is a unique opportunity to own both product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for a solution that's revolutionising how SMEs handle compliance. Your responsibilities will include: Owning the full customer funnel from awareness to retention Developing go-to-market strategies Collaborating closely with the back end product and engineering teams Directly managing the self-serve marketing function What You'll Do Develop and execute growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across the self-serve product line. Contribute to the product roadmap with growth-focused initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives Create targeted campaigns for organic growth. Develop content strategies, including blog posts and tutorials, that showcase product capabilities. Use product insights to highlight features that align with growth objectives. Effectively showcase products on digital platforms. Coordinate with the product team for product demonstrations and webinars to generate user interest, ensuring alignment with both product and marketing strategies. Customer Experience & Journey Optimisation Lead initiatives focused on the AARRR framework (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue). Optimise onboarding with product insights, develop campaigns to attract new users, and create retention strategies to maintain engagement. Improve the customer journey through onboarding and personalised experiences. Analyse metrics like CSAT and NPS to enhance product experiences and align marketing efforts with user needs. Performance Analysis & Experimentation Monitor website content and campaign performance. Use data insights to optimise strategies and achieve KPIs, to refine marketing tactics based on user feedback and behaviour. Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimise product features, marketing campaigns, and user experiences. What You'll Bring Experience & Expertise Proven experience as a product and marketing leader in a PLG (product-led growth) or self-service B2B SaaS business. Experience in prosumer businesses a plus. Experience in another early stage business and building a PLG function from the ground up would be ideal. Proven experience in product and/or marketing, with a focus on product-led growth. Track record of successfully implementing a PLG framework, data-driven measurability, as well as go-to-market and product marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and markets. Proven success in refining product features and user experiences through experimentation and testing. Experience in conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Knowledge of product and marketing frameworks, such as the AARRR model. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and with the ability to present findings and strategies clearly and persuasively.
