As the Lead Pricing Analyst for our Corporate business in Group Insurance, you will lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of analysts, as they produce quotations for prospective new corporate clients and the renewal of existing corporate clients. You will work with the Crew Lead Corporate (Head of Corporate) to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence by recruiting, developing, and evaluating team members, working with the Head of Pricing to ensure that professional standards are consistently upheld. Important to your success - Unlock your potential Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or other relevant degree, with applicable experience within insurance. Solid understanding of the Group Insurance market and Group Life products. Knowledge of the end-to-end Corporate Insurance offering within Zurich, advantageous. Strong leadership capabilities and a growth mindset, with the ability to coach, mentor, motivate, and manage talent. Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes. An analytical problem-solver with exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior management. Belong.
