About the Role As part of the Lead Product Owner Core team, you will report directly into the Product Manager Finance Risks and R2A and work closely with the Accenture DevOps BAU team. You will be accountable for the operations, defining strategy, roadmap, solution design and architecture of the SAP Finance Core domain (Finance, Costing, JVA, Tax, Fixed Assets and Project Systems) applications in the S4 Hana system.The role can be based in Australia (Brisbane or Perth), Singapore or India (Bangalore) Role and responsibilities: Drive business improvement through the measurement of BHP's performance. Enhance user experience by improving usability, accessibility and desirability of a design solution. Prioritize work effort and resources accordingly for both the internal BHP team and the external DevOps team. Provide subject matter expertise and leadership to technology projects and DevOps teams to drive collaboration within the team to ensure effective execution of BAU, Changes, Projects and other activities. Conduct presentations and facilitate workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience. Source information, plan and conduct analyses to support evidence-based decision making. Engage the capabilities of the entire organization. Develop and maintain technology strategy and functional roadmaps for Finance Core applications, ensuring alignment with global technology strategy and business needs. Define the conception, development and implementation of a product. Lead the execution of Opportunity Assessment and Identification & Selection process for projects under the Finance Core Technology portfolio. Define value drivers and determine the boundaries of an opportunity to determine if it is worth further investment. Identify, engage and manage a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders (technology and business) for problem management, business impact scoping and other testing / training requirements. About You The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Effective team lead, capable of engagement and influence across different stakeholders and the ability to manage conflicts and issues. 10+ years of experience specializing in the design, configuration and implementation of SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Costing (including Product Costing and Material Ledger), JVA, Tax, Fixed Assets and Project Systems). Deep understanding of Finance business processes. S4 Hana experience. S4 Hana Project implementation is desirable. Strong problem solver with the ability to manage and lead the support team to identify blockers, articulate the root cause, push the solution and progress. Able to manage multiple priorities across BAU incidents, minor improvement works and larger projects. Knowledge & practical experience in the areas of Agile, DevOps methodologies and practices is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
