Due to growth and a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects, our engineering construction division is looking for Lead Project Engineers to join our team. This role will be completely Perth based . From the initial project startup to on-site construction and closeout, you will be involved in every aspect of the project lifecycle. Attractive remuneration packages Victoria Park location, with public transport and free parking close by Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure project objectives are met on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Provide offsite engineering support, working across a suite of projects and assisting with ECIs, tendering, and delivery of live projects. Manage the interface between the engineering and project delivery teams to maintain compliance with the specifications, schedules and contract. Lead and oversee workpack development, as well as assist in planning, scheduling, and executing the scope of work, including organising project resources, equipment, and materials/procurement. Lead and supervise the resolution of technical queries as required. Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to other members of the Engineering team. Compile schedule, cost, progress and forecast reports for the project; ensuring all schedule reporting requirements are met. Provide support to the project team and implement best practice on the project. What you’ll bring: Extensive experience in Project Engineering on large-scale resources construction projects for similar companies. Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant discipline. A methodical approach, high attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work. Strong leadership skills, with a delivery-focused mindset and high level of self-motivation to meet tight schedules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
