The Leadership and Learning Manager role reports to the Head of Organisational Development and Sustainability and has 2 key areas of focus: Leading a team of learning professionals to design and deliver front-line, best practice, sales and service training for on-shore and off-shore teams. Leading the design, development and delivery of progressive and impactful leadership development solutions for leaders (at various levels) across the enterprise. Acting as the primary contact for learning and development within the organisation, the role partners closely with the business to diagnose L&D needs and craft innovative, industry-leading solutions. Strong leadership, instructional design expertise, and advanced facilitation and coaching skills are essential to excel in this dynamic and influential role. In this role, you’ll : Collaborate with the business to diagnose, design, build and deliver leadership development initiatives for leaders across the business. Lead a team of learning professionals who design and facilitate front-line sales and service training for on-shore and off-shore teams. Collaborate with subject matter experts internally and externally to develop innovative, progressive and best practice learning solutions. Act as the primary contact for development needs across the organisation. Design, develop and deliver progressive leadership development offerings to suit business needs, aligned to strategy. Keep abreast of industry best practice and build/maintain a network of external SMEs. A bout you: Strong experience leading and managing learning teams, particularly teams responsible for delivering sales and service training, particularly in the financial services industry. Significant experience owning leadership development, including senior leaders and key talent pools. Advanced coaching and facilitation skills – minimum 5 years’ experience. Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with the business to identify learning needs and develop solutions. Tech: W ork D ay, Zendesk, Canva, PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, including presenting solutions to senior leaders and engaging with a range of diverse stakeholders.
