We have a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for a Learning Design Lead to join our team, reporting into the Senior Manager Learning Design. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and deliver innovative, high impact learning solutions that drive real business outcomes for the Bank. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts, using your expertise to translate business objectives into engaging and effective learning experiences. From defining the right approach to hands-on design and development, you’ll create contemporary learning and performance solutions that resonate with the modern learner and make a measurable difference. As a Learning Design Lead, you’ll get to: Build and sustain trusted stakeholder relationships across the organisation Design and develop contemporary learning experiences and solutions to build our culture of learning Create learning content using contemporary learning design principles and appropriate content authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise, Vyond) to address the identified capability gaps Continuously evaluate and update learning programs based upon data insights. Where required, co-ordinate and work with our external learning partners Plan, manage, and prioritise multiple projects at once What you’ll bring to the role Demonstrated success in relationship management in business, government or corporate sector Demonstrated success in creating effective learning and performance solutions Proven ability to design and develop engaging learning experiences using content authoring tools (Storyline, Rise and Vyond) Experience in designing and implementing effective evaluation strategies to measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives and balance priorities Experience working with external third parties Join a positive, highly engaged, and creative team that are passionately dedicated and proud to be delivering innovative learning programs to grow our people.
