The Learning Design Lead provides learning design services across a broad range of internal development programs to uplift capability, change management and awareness across our organisation. Collaborating across the People and Change teams, and broader business stakeholders, the Learning Design Lead will design, develop, and deliver blended learning solutions to support high-quality learning experiences that lead to real behaviour change. About You To be successful in this critical role, you will be: Flexible and creative, and enjoy working across a range of projects and initiatives Team-oriented and passionate about providing exceptional internal customer service An “outside the box” thinker, who is eager to ensure that learning solutions meet the culture, needs and skill development requirements of the business You will also possess the following: Strong organisational skills and proven success in coordinating large scale learning programs/projects. Competent in the use of Articulate 360 or similar software and skilled in editing video/audio. A seasoned LMS administrator and user, able to provide advice and guidance on how to optimise the system. Ability to work with business stakeholders, as a team or independently and proactively as necessary to progress the development of required learning content and other initiatives.
