About this role… The Learning and Development Consultant primarily coordinates the development and delivery of learning and performance initiatives and programs that align to the business needs of clients. This role is also responsible for fostering the business development needs within the existing client group in the Australia and New Zealand region. Key Responsibilities: Design, coordinate, and facilitate individual and group training programs encompassing a range of technical, operational, management, and other skills areas. Oversee and coordinate the development of teaching and instructional materials based on program, project, or initiative objectives. Provide specialist/advisory support to clients at various levels of seniority. Continuously evaluate and update learning and development programs. Cost and manage finances on all projects to budget. Coordinate and work with third-party suppliers as needed. Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy targeted towards TOA clients in Australia and New Zealand that prioritizes growth and positive customer sentiment. Identify and foster sales opportunities and promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients. Team & People: Heart: Bring your whole self, every day. Inspire, Coach, and Mentor: No matter your “level,” you always have something to bring. About you: Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Human Resources (highly regarded). Minimum 5 years of experience in individual and organization-based learning and/or training and development. Minimum 3 years of experience as a facilitator. Experience in individual and/or group coaching (highly regarded). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect across a wide and diverse range of individuals and groups. Highly organized and able to plan, implement, and review initiatives. Highly knowledgeable in the field of best practice learning and development methodologies.
