Job Description

One of our well-established, globally recognized clients is looking for a Learning Content Manager to lead their content curation team within the Design & Build department. This role is ideal for a learning and content expert passionate about delivering high-quality, innovative learning experiences for accounting and finance professionals. Primary Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the content curation team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Content Development & Curation: Define, develop, maintain, and curate content across various education products, ensuring it meets industry standards. Quality Assurance & Technical Accuracy: Oversee content quality, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives. Content Lifecycle Management: Provide strategic direction to keep content current, relevant, and impactful. Digital & Blended Learning Innovation: Enhance learning experiences through interactive tools and digital delivery methods. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders—including employers, academic partners, and learners—to ensure content meets industry and learner needs. Qualifications & Experience: A university degree is required (professional certification in accounting or financial planning is desirable but not mandatory). Proven success in leading and optimizing teams to curate educational content for national and global audiences. Experience in teaching, learning, assessment practices, and syllabus development. Strong industry knowledge with awareness of current education trends and standards. Demonstrated ability to work with external partners and vendors.
