WesTrac is looking for you to join us as our Learning & Development Coordinator - Toolstore! Location: South Guildford, WA Roster: Permanent Part-Time, 20 hours per week – set your own roster! Key Responsibilities: Supporting Learning & Development Facilities: Training workshops and Toolstore Asset Management: Coordinate workshop assets and ensure QA compliance Support Training: Assist the L&D team and learners Safety Compliance: Contribute towards meeting WesTrac’s safety requirements Coordination & Compliance: Log repairs and maintenance using WesTrac systems Financial Processes: Handle orders for parts, repairs, and calibrations Customer Service: Maintain high standards of training & customer support To be successful the following is required: High-risk Forklift Licence (class LF) – or a willingness to undertake the training to obtain (WesTrac can provide this for the successful candidate) Previous proven experience in a technical support role Excellent safety skills and understanding of safety requirements (ChemAlert Champion or willingness to become one, SAP, Contamination Control etc.) An understanding of tooling and equipment, including calibration requirements would be advantageous High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) in line with WesTrac’s Values Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously Ability to build relationships at all levels What we offer: Job security with a consistent pipeline of work Unrivalled training and development via The WesTrac Institute Free and secure on-site parking Fantastic team environment and inclusive work culture Made for More Rewards program with discounts at retailers like Woolworths, Caltex, Apple, Crown, Qantas and many more Paid parental leave, discounted health insurance, income protection insurance, and salary sacrifice options If you are interested in taking your career to the next level with WesTrac click the ‘Apply’ button today!
