Position Title: Learning Manager, First Nations Salary: TRP is valued at up to $156,297. Package includes base salary ($125,693 – $138,510), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. Employment Status: Full-time Temporary, up to 4 years Location: Sydney Region / Sydney – Greater West Contact Name: Beau James Contact Email: About the Role: The Learning Manager, First Nations is an inaugural position responsible for developing, delivering and managing learning programs, partnerships and resources that centre and celebrate First Nations knowledge, teaching and communities at the Powerhouse. About Powerhouse: The Powerhouse is committed to developing new and innovative approaches to First Nations learning, developed in direct response to our collections, communities, and our responsibility in caring for Country. Through the renewal and across its platforms, Powerhouse will redefine museums in the 21st century by renegotiating the terms of engagement with communities, radically returning to and reckoning with its legacy as a museum of industry and fortifying its vital role in the cultural and economic ecosystems of NSW, Australia and the world.
