As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will manage the delivery, implementation and evaluation of capability and leadership development programs that support Macquarie's strategic goals. You will have the opportunity to manage signature programs such as our Director Leadership Program, Success at Macquarie Orientation and the learning calendar for our Early Careers Talent across our ANZ region. Working in close collaboration with the global Capability and Leadership Development team and broader HR community, you will also support the delivery of our suite of products across the ANZ region such as Discover Macquarie, Global Talent Masterclasses and bespoke training sessions as required. What you offer Proven experience in program management. Experience with large scale learning programs is an advantage. Strong communication skills (including facilitation) across a diverse range of stakeholders, including the global Capability and Leadership Development team, HR and external vendors. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, whilst maintaining consistent and quality customer service. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
