What you will do: In your role, you will: Develop and deliver leading learning, development, and capability programs that respond to stakeholders' needs. Establish and prioritize a program of work by engaging with project stakeholders. Monitor project milestones, proactively address obstacles, and ensure successful project delivery. Lead the continuous improvement and implementation of contemporary policies, procedures, programs and initiatives in alignment with CSB's goals through a learning and development lens. Partner with Product Leads and Managers to ensure legislation, policy, procedures and CSB strategy are incorporated into training packages to deliver effective outcomes. Provide high level advice to the Customer Services Leadership team on project priorities and challenges including evaluation of learning, development and training packages for effectiveness, proposed improvements, and novel solutions. Who we are looking for: An individual with: Experience in developing and delivering leading learning, development, and capability programs for an organisation. High level interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to develop complex reports, presentations and correspondence. Demonstrated expertise in coaching and supporting the continuous development of learning and development professionals, coupled with strong leadership skills to effectively guide a Learning and Development team. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, monitor milestones, and address obstacles proactively.
