Attractive base salary + company vehicle + bonus! Europcar has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coach to join our NSW and ACT team on a full time basis. This position will be based in Sydney with regular site visits within the NSW and ACT network and interstate. As a Learning & Development Coach you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our NSW and ACT team and enhancing a culture of excellence in ancillary sales and customer service.Some of the key responsibilities include: Onboarding new employees, training in Greenway systems, rental operations and any other changes in operations procedures. Facilitate the delivery of high quality, targeted training courses which enhance the customer experience and contribute to company growth targets. Liaise with L&D / HR teams to ensure the training needs and learning outcomes are reflected in the design and development of learning programs. Observe, assess and coach employees with on the job training. Assist with the updating of policies and procedures and tracking and readership of policies and procedures as required. Liaise with the L&D team to contribute to the development of 360 Learning including the review and development of content for online learning and driving completion of eLearning modules within NSW and ACT. To be considered for this position you should possess: Minimum two (2) years' sales and coaching experience. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable. Staff management experience is advantageous. Passion to work with people and develop their capabilities. Excellent writing skills and communication skills. Ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders and to build strong partnerships. Ability to work autonomously (with minimal supervision) and use initiative. A current and valid Driver's Licence (full licence) is essential. Flexibility to travel intrastate and interstate regularly.
