As a Lease Services Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are registered and maintained efficiently, while collaborating with a supportive and friendly team. INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage vehicle registration renewals to meet contractual and regulatory requirements. Liaise with external authorities and handle registration payments accurately and on time. Data entry of registration payments and accurate reconciliation of payments. Assist customers with requests and apply necessary changes with issuing authorities. Cross-train in related areas like fuel cards, eTags, infringements, and novated operations. INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU HAVE: Knowledge of registration processes and salary packaging/payroll systems. High attention to detail with strong numerical and communication skills. Customer service and administrative experience, with a knack for problem-solving. A proactive approach to customer requests and operational challenges. Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
