A05 Lease Manager Contract until 30th of June 2025 + possible extension Queensland State Government $66.86 + super per hour ASAP start Brisbane CBD The Role This QLD State Government Department is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join their team. Play a fundamental role by providing whole-of-government lease procurement and management of a large portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Undertake leasing projects, negotiations and lease management of a large portfolio of leased buildings. Provide office accommodation solutions. Contribute towards the leasing team's planning and delivery of the supply of leased assets within the State Government's property portfolio. Provide lease management advice to multi-disciplinary teams. Assist with the implementation of the leased component of whole-of-Government accommodation strategies. Provide advice on marketplace conditions and industry trends to support strategic decision making. Collect and analyse data to assist with the preparation of briefing notes and information papers. Preparation of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting data. Assist with the updating of streamlined lease management, and tenancy and financial management systems. Develop and implement policies, guidelines and systems for best practice of leased office accommodation procurement and ongoing management. You The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in leasing within the commercial sector Intermediate MS Office Suite experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail Demonstrated experience with lease management, tenancy and financial management systems Apply To be considered for this position, please apply below with your CV and cover letter in Microsoft word format.
