Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator (522351) Department of HealthHospitals & Primary Care - Hospitals SthHospitals Sth - SAA&CS Applications must be submitted by Sunday 02 February, 2025 11:55 PM AEST Award/Classification: Health and Human Services (Tasmanian State Service) Award, General Stream, Band 3 Casual as per award Employment type: Casual Region: South Location: Midlands Multi Purpose Center As a member of the Midlands Multi-Purpose Health Centre (MMPHC), the Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Leisure and Lifestyle programs for the permanent Residential Aged Care residents of the MMPHC. The Role: Consult with residents, carers, health care providers, and community members in planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating quality individual and group programs. Details of appointment: Fixed term, casual position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 12 months. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar casual vacancies. Salary range: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum (Pro rata) with an 11.5% superannuation contribution on top of this amount, plus 25% Casual Loading - Equivalent of $46.51 to $50.26 per hour.
