We are a well-established IT company that has over 15 years of experience; therefore, due to growth, we’re now looking for a Support Engineer to sit at a Level 2 capacity with skills and experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, DNS, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), VoIP, troubleshooting, VMWare, MSP. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for working with the team to identify and lead or assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of software and hardware. This position works closely with a small team and Project Manager to identify opportunities to strengthen our clients' IT infrastructure. Utilising your experience in Azure, DNS, Microsoft 365, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), VoIP, troubleshooting, VMWare, MSP, you will have the opportunity to work with clients spanning over several industries. Minimum 12 years experience in Azure, DNS, Microsoft 365, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), VoIP, troubleshooting, VMWare, MSP Ability to confidently use Remote Desktop protocols and resolve network issues Minimum 2 years of experience in a small – medium-sized MSP Driver’s License MS-900 certification but not required.
