Located in Perth (other locations may be considered), we are looking for a suitably motivated individual to assist Omni as a Life Cycle Cost Analyst. ABOUT THE ROLE The Life Cycle Cost (LCC) Analyst will work with a small team to provide customised solutions for our client’s requirements: Relating to a major ADF capability acquisition, develop a LCC model of the Mission System, the Support System Components and anticipated Training requirements. The LCC Analyst will provide the following: Capture LCC data relating to the Mission System and the Support System, and to update that data as the design of each system matures and better information becomes available; Analyse the developing Mission System and Support System LCC; Identify and analyse the developing Mission System and Support System LCC drivers; Perform sensitivity analyses and trade-off analyses to identify options to minimise LCC; Inform design trade-off decisions within and between the Mission System and the Support System. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Current NV1 security clearance Finance/accounting qualifications relevant to LCC modelling Proven experience in providing similar LCC services within a Defence environment Perth location (other locations may be considered) In addition, this role will require: Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to maintain positive and effective stakeholder relationships at all organisational levels Experience in effective communication with technical staff across the multi-disciplines within the division and client site Demonstrated ability to present, influence, effectively negotiate, and lead and effect change Strong written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to produce clear and concise administrative and task-related documentation Project Support training and experience.
