Exciting position for a Project Scheduler / Cost Schedule Analyst in the defence industry on leading project. Your New Role As the Project Scheduler, you will report to the Project Planning & Controls Manager within the Project Delivery Office, leading the activity and development maintenance of the planning systems architecture and programme alignment. You'll be heavily involved with the program's planning and development. You will be a key player in all things related to P6, Oracle, SAP, AVEVA & Cobra, and will be responsible for maintaining the program's baselines. Key Responsibilities Being an essential player in the project, it controls software architecture by mapping out the system and data interfaces. Collaborate closely with the wider team and departments. An essential team member for planning and project controls practitioners. Troubleshoot planning system issues, P6, Oracle, SAP, AVEVA & Cobra. Maximize system effectiveness by providing valuable input into system architecture and design. Lead the charge in testing and verifying system patches, enhancements, version changes, and upgrades. Earned Value Management (EVM) is essential for this position. What You'll Need To Succeed P6 is essential for this role. Complex program experience in a planning or project controls role. Strong stakeholder management skills. Thorough understanding of planning, scheduling and project controls standards and practices is essential. Eligible for clearance (Australian Citizen).
