Perform and oversee clinical data analyses, ensure data integrity and support clinical decision-making. Apply agile methodologies, facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles. Collaborate with medical professionals and stakeholders and communicate complex data. Oversee data migration, ensure data accuracy and collaborate with IT teams. Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation and prepare for audits. Lead and mentor project team members, foster collaboration, and address performance issues. Manage project budgets, control costs, and prepare financial reports. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or related field. Project Management Certification: Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP), PMP. Proficiency in SAS systems, integrated data management, CSV in clinical space, and CXP technologies. Language: Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage. Experience: Experience in managing projects, especially in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience in analysing clinical data for safety and regulatory purposes. Hands-on experience with agile project management, including leading agile ceremonies. Experience in overseeing data migration projects and integration of various data systems, especially SAS. Hands-on experience working with CSV files in a clinical environment and familiarity with Customer Experience Platform (CXP) technologies. Proven ability to understand and align project objectives with business goals. Experience in dealing with healthcare professionals and various stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data. Experience in ensuring that project activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and preparing for audits. Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable professionally liaising with all seniority and heads of multiple busy departments.
