Consultant / Project Manager - FinTech CRM SaaS Formation Technology Group Melbourne, Victoria, Australia We are seeking a Consultant / Project Manager resource to join our extremely successful company to help build our next generation financial services platform. Duties and Responsibilities: Report to the program manager and assist in project-related activities Manage support requests and set tasks Track and troubleshoot issues as they are diagnosed and resolved Handle escalations and work with the project manager to eliminate blockers Understand new requirements and the impact on existing and new customers Be the point of contact for the project manager, clients, and other stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and a team player.
